Same quality yoga classes with the added bonus of resistance training.

Chair Yoga Classes

Chair Yoga is a yoga class modified to be done sitting on or using a chair for support. These yoga classes are a great alternative to a mat class, for those who find it difficult or are unable to get up and down from the floor.
Designed to increase range of motion, strength, flexibility, balance, and decrease stress levels.
No matter what condition you are in, you can experience the health benefits of a yoga practice.

Corporate Yoga Classes
Yoga4U LLC offers weekly/bi-weekly yoga classes for corporate wellness programs. Structuring a wellness class based on the needs of the employee’s.
